ACCEPTED PAYMENTS
Boom Boom Firearms accepts online payments in the form of VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, PayPal, Discover, ChinaUnionPay, Jcb, Diners, CartesBancaires, Electron, and Maestro. Boom Boom Firearms accepted cash payments for in-person/in-store firearms purchases. This does not apply to courses.

TRAINING COURSES REFUNDS & CANCELLATION​​

  • No Refund, No Exceptions

  • There is No Refund for No-Shows

  • Notice: We Follow OPM For Weather Closures - Closure will followOPM Status. Click to See OPM Status

  • If Training is interrupted due to OPM Closure, Training will resumewhen OPM status is open for business.

TRANSFER CANCELLATION
A cancellation fee of $60 for regulated/ $50 for non-regulated firearms, plus shipping and handling. 


FAILURE TO TRANSFER / ABANDONMENT
Any firearm uncollected over 45 days; will become the property of Boom Boom Firearms FFL. A storage fee ($24 a day) will occur after the 21st day the customer has been notified that the firearm has arrived at the Boom Boom Firearm location and has been approved by the MSP/ATF. Any firearm left after 45 days will become the property of Boom Boom Firearms FFL. 
 

RESTOCKING FEE 
All sales are final. However, under certain circumstances, such as a failed background check or buyer's remorse, there will be a $75 restocking fee for acquiring the firearm back into inventory.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates can be purchased online here. Please note: gift certificates are only valid for 4 months after purchase. Firearms can be purchased as gifts for immediate family members, who must also meet Maryland State Police Policy Guidelines.

  • You can opt-out of receiving marketing materials by submitting an inquire on our contact us page.

  • We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

  • When you are scheduled for any class, please bring a VALID non-Expired Government Issued Driver’s License.

ON-SITE/COURSE POLICY

  • No Ammunition, nor Firearms, including concealed firearms are allowed into the classroom -- this is a strictly enforced. This also includes Pocket knives, Mace or Pepper Spray, or any other dangerous weapon.

  •  All students will be required to read and sign a liability waiver
    prior to start of class, prior to the start of class for security
    reasons due to handling firearms.  No Exceptions!

  • PROPER CLASSROOM AND RANGE ATTIRE IS REQUIRED:

    • Long sleeve shirt

    • Blue Jeans or tactical pants; No shorts, No dresses

    • Closed-toe shoes such as tennis shoes or flat shoes, No heels

    • Minimum jewelry is required to reduce injuries (For example, no excessive rings on fingers or long chains)

    • Warning for Long Fingernails: Long nails interfere with the proper handling of the handgun and trigger manipulation and may cause a serious safety risk. It is recommended clip long nails prior to attending class. 

    • No Horseplay will be allowed at any time, in classroom or at range

    • It will be the discretion of the Lead Firearms Instructor to refuse any person who may be unsuitable for training and no refund will be issued​.

To ensure your safety as well as the safety of the instructors, Boom Boom Firearms Training Staff is asking all students to please arrive 15-minutes prior to the class start time to allow adequate time to be tested. Important! This test is only for blood oxygen level and temperatur check.

 

MASKS ARE OPTIONAL
 
We will continue to frequently clean our classroom and equipment with commercial products such as Lysol, Clorox and using Sanitizers
before, during and after every class, every day, without exception!  
 
And we are committed to being vigilant to do our upmost best to
maintain and promote a clean and healthy environment for you to
pursue your best training.


Individual Precautions and Preventative Efforts Are Key

If you are feeling ill, please stay home.

  • If you have a dry cough, please stay home.

  • If you have a fever, stay at home.  

  • If you have allergies, please take your medicine(s) prior to class. 

  • If you are still feeling sick, or are sneezing, coughing, etc., please stay home, as instructors and/or students are not comfortable in this current environment, as symptoms are similar to COVID-19 – PLEASE STAY HOME.

  • You will be asked to sign a waiver and asked to take a temperature reading upon your arrival to check for any sign of fever.  The average adult body temperature is generally 98.6F. 

  • Anyone receiving readings over that range will be asked to reschedule his/her training to another day.

  • Wash your hands thoroughly and frequently – make sure to clean all fingers, the areas between your fingers, the area between your thumb and forefinger, and your wrists. Use soap and water and wash for at least 20 seconds.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, mouth and nose, particularly with unwashed hands.

  • Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then dispose of the tissue in the trash and wash your hands. If you must, cough or sneeze into the crook of your bent arm (at the elbow).

  • Clean surfaces such as desks, phones, remote controls and computer keyboards with alcohol-based wipes.
