In-Person Classroom & Required Range
Description
This is an In-Person Class two-tier requirement that will cover laws, as well as firearm fundamentals PLUS this session has a mandatory Live-Fire Range component to satisfy the state requirements to obtain a permit for VA residents and non-residents. COURSE LENGTH: 3-HR In-Person Classroom and 2.30 HR Range Training COURSE LOCATIONS: REPORT TO: Maryland Small Arms Range, 9801 Fallard Ct, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 Time: 7:00 AM Range Safety Briefing @ 7:15 AM Fundamentals and hands-on training plus live range qual follows https://www.msar.com/ Phone: 301-599-0800 REPORT TO: National Harbor Classroom 6710 Oxon Hill Road, Suite 210, National Harbor, MD 20745 Report Time: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM Various VA 18 Codes IN-CLASS LIMIT: 15 Students STUDENT REQUIREMENTS: · Students must bring a valid driver’s license or state issued ID to class with them for verification. · Students must arrive on time and be present for the entire duration of class. · COVID-19 Paperwork (provided in class) No Firearm allowed in facility WHAT'S INCLUDED: · Classroom Retraining or Practical Exercises · Use of Firearm, Ammunition to test both revolver and semi-automatic handguns, using various calibers. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL -- No Refund; No Exceptions. I acknowledge and accept these terms. ON-SITE/COURSE POLICY No Ammunition, nor Firearms, including concealed firearms are allowed on this facility, nor into the classroom, without advance approval -- which is a strict training environment. When permitted to bring firearms to class, Repeating, Do Not Bring Ammunition to class. All students will be required to read and sign a liability waiver prior to the start of class, for security reasons due to handling firearms. No Exceptions! The document will also include a Firearms Safety Briefing and Range Safety Briefing.
