Boom Boom Firearms LLC offers a Hybrid Course for Maryland State Police 4-Hour Handgun Qualification License, which includes both an Online Classroom portion and In-Person Range portion. **YOU MUST SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE BOTH THE ONLINE CLASSROOM AND IN-PERSON (LIVE-FIRE RANGE) PORTIONS TO MEET THE MINIMUM CURRICULA. Students must arrive Online on time and be present for the entire duration of class.** The HQL is for Maryland Residents only to obtain a purchase, sell, rent or transfer a regulated firearm for home protection. Virtual Classroom requires ALL STUDENTS MUST USE A DESKTOP COMPUTER OR LAPTOP WITH A FRONT FACING CAMERA AND MICROPHONE. If two people are taking the HQL course together, please be in separate rooms, and each person must have his/her own device, AND using your CELL PHONE IS NOT permitted. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL -- No Refund; No Exceptions. I acknowledge and accept these terms. ON-SITE/COURSE POLICY No Ammunition, nor Firearms, including concealed firearms are allowed on this facility, nor into the classroom, without advance approval -- which is a strict training environment. When permitted to bring firearms to class, Repeating, Do Not Bring Ammunition to class. All students will be required to read and sign a liability waiver prior to the start of class, for security reasons due to handling firearms. No Exceptions! The document will also include a Firearms Safety Briefing and Range Safety Briefing.
