Learn To Protect Yourself Against An Attacker - Learn a Valuable Self-Defense Tool COURSE LENGTH: 4-Hour Classroom Training COURSE AGENDA: REPORT to NATIONAL HARBOR CLASSROOM @ 8:30 AM · National Harbor Location, 6710 Oxon Hill Rd Suite 210, National Harbor, MD 20745 COVID-19 Prescreening Questionnaire: 8:30 AM – 8:55 AM Class: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM **THIS SESSION WILL BE HELD OUTDOORS** Male Role Players are encouraged to attend. And the ladies will be gentle. IN-CLASS LIMIT: 10 Students STUDENT REQUIREMENTS: · Age Limited to 16 with parent/guardian on-site and ladies up to 80+ years old. Must be in good health · Students must bring a valid driver’s license or state issued ID to class with them for verification. · Students must arrive on time and bring a lot of energy. - Wear comfortable clothing and shoes. WHAT'S INCLUDED: · Classroom Instructions +Situational Awareness +Kicks; Punches; Strikes; and Choke-hold breaks +Gun & Knives Retention and more +Certificate of Completion +Bottled Water WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED: · Hand wraps COURSE NOTE: · Prerequisites are: Complete a Release of Liability Waiver; and be in good physical health · This is a fun and vigorous course taught by male instructors, as most attackers are males. --Note: your participation is voluntary and you may experience little discomfort afterwards; Tylenol may be helpful. --Ladies are encouraged to drink plenty of water during class to stay hydrated; water will be provided Advanced Seniors, please provide our staff with a simple document on your medical provider's letterhead, stating that you are in good health. A minimum of five registered students are required to Host this amazing session. 'Full Refunds will be granted if session is cancelled. Ladies will receive a notification 3-5 prior to the class date confirming the class status. **If Rain occurs, this event will be cancelled** ***Ladies, please share this amazing class with other family members and friends. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL -- No Refund; No Exceptions. I acknowledge and accept these terms. ON-SITE/COURSE POLICY No Ammunition, nor Firearms, including concealed firearms are allowed on this facility, nor into the classroom, without advance approval -- which is a strict training environment. When permitted to bring firearms to class, Repeating, Do Not Bring Ammunition to class. All students will be required to read and sign a liability waiver prior to the start of class, for security reasons due to handling firearms. No Exceptions! The document will also include a Firearms Safety Briefing and Range Safety Briefing.
