No matter if it is a single firearm or bulk transfer, Boom Boom Firearms has you covered! We will transfer Maryland-compliant new & used firearms regardless of if you purchased with us. Transfer Fee: $60 (plus a $10 Maryland State Police NICS fee) If you made a purchase at the Gun Show, the Transfer Fee is $50 (plus a $10 Maryland State Police NICS fee) FOR YOUR 1ST APPOINTMENT Come to: 9701 Apollo Dr., Suite 410-1, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774 -Allow 45-Mins to complete -BRING A copy of your Handgun Qualification License (HQL) or Exempt Docs. -BRING 77R1 with Application Number and 4-Digit Pin Number - BRING CURRENT UP-TO-DATE Maryland Driver’s License OR MARYLAND ID Card -BRING Credit Card or Cash to pay the $60 Transfer Fee. **IF YOU PAID the Discounted $50 Transfer Fee at the Dulles Gun Show, BRING Credit Card for MSP $10 NIC Background Check FOR YOUR 2ND APPOINTMENT AFTER 7 Day MSP Waiting Period, BETWEEN 6:00 AM - 6:05 AM, you should receive a Congratulations Email from MSP - Call our Office at 301-747-3500 to BOOK Your 2nd Appt OR Book Online and then WAIT 24-Hours to receive Confirmation. Please DO NOT Book and show up without a Confirmation as you will not be serviced! -Allow 25-Mins to complete - BRING copy of “Not Disapproved” email from MSP - CURRENT MD Driver’s License OR MD ID Card -Backpack to transport firearm ADDITIONAL $75 TRANSFER FEE OR CANCELLATION FEE IF THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO YOU: *Transfer in a non-Maryland legal firearm and cannot complete the paperwork *Fail the background check, and the firearm needs to be returned to the FFL/seller *Do not obtain the required HQL license *Request firearm to be transferred to another FFL for any reason FAILURE TO TRANSFER / ABANDONMENT: Transfers will be held for 45 days from the date of receipt unless Boom Boom Firearms approves an extension. Any firearm left uncollected (not transferred) after 45 days will be considered abandoned and become the property of Boom Boom Firearms. You (transferee) is responsible for all return shipping costs for any firearm that must be shipped back to where it was transferred OR elsewhere. If you are active duty military, you are required to bring in your driver's license, CAT card, and copy of active orders. POLICY ON REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS: NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL; NO REFUNDS / NO EXCEPTIONS. STUDENTS: UPON YOUR REGISTRATION, YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE A RESERVATION TO HOLD A SEAT FOR THE DESIRED CLASS YOU CHOOSE. YOUR RESERVATION FEE IS FURTHER APPLIED TO RESERVE A SEAT FOR YOU AT THE SHOOTING RANGE TO COMPLETE YOUR MANDATORY COURSE OF FIRE REQUIREMENTS DEPENDING ON YOUR REGISTRATION TYPE. ADDITIONALLY, YOUR RESERVATION SIGNALS FOR US THE AMOUNT OF STUDENTS ENROLLED, AND ENSURES THAT WE HAVE THE APPROPRIATE INSTRUCTOR/STUDENT RATIO FOR YOUR SAFETY IN THE CLASSROOM AND ON THE FIRING RANGE. LASTLY, A PORTION OF YOUR PAYMENT IS ALSO APPLIED TOWARDS ADMINISTRATIVE FEES ACCESSED TO PREPARE YOUR CERTIFICATES PACKAGES, ETC. AS A ONE-TIME COURTESY, IN MOST CASES, WE WILL OFFER YOU AN OPPORTUNITY TO RESCHEDULE YOUR SESSION TO A DIFFERENT DATE IF YOU CONTACT OUR OFFICE 72-HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED SESSION OR BEFORE. THIS WILL ALLOW US AN OPPORTUNITY TO: 1) ATTEMPT TO OFFER YOUR SEAT TO ANOTHER STUDENT FOR CLASSROOM AND RANGE USE, 2) ADJUST IF NEEDED OUR INSTRUCTOR / STUDENT RATIO TO DECREASE OUR COSTS, AND 3) NOT EXPEL EXTRA TIME PREPARING ADMINISTRATIVE FORMS, ETC. IF YOU FAIL TO CONTACT US AS REQUESTED, AND/OR YOU ARE A NO-SHOW, YOU WILL NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO BE BOOKED FOR ANOTHER SESSION AND WILL NEED TO RE-REGISTER AGAIN FOR ANOTHER SESSION.
