This is an IN-PERSON RENEWAL course that requires participants to attend the classroom and live-range portion DC residents and non-residents who want to RENEW their conceal carry weapon permit in the District of Columbia, must use the online MPD Firearms Portal to complete the required form and submit payment. In order to utilize the online portal, you need your username and password; and you must use the same email address that you provided to the Firearms Registration Unit during the initial Concealed Carry process.
