    Our Maryland Handgun Qualification Licensing in-person course is a two-tier course that includes a hands-on gun-range portion and a four-hour classroom portion that consist of the following minimum curricula: 1) State Firearm Law; 2) Home Firearm Safety; 3) Handgun Mechanisms and Operation, and 4) Operation and Handling Demonstration.
